First Assembly of God invites all the be a part of a special series of services coming up Sunday through Tuesday.
The church will host Reverend Chresten and Bridgette Tomlin and gospel singer Ken Harris.
The Tomlins have been involved in full-time preaching and music evangelism for the past 18 years. Their travels have taken them across the nation and around the world, ministering in special services and revival meetings. Having been raised in the fire of Pentecost, the Tomlins know the value of living a Spirit-led life. God has placed a call upon them to bridge the generational gap, which will propel the church into the future. They desire to raise up a new generation of Pentecostals, filled with the Spirit and driven by conviction.
Chresten is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.
Fusing traditional gospel with a country gospel, Ken Harris captures the spirit of worship and the joy of revival as he takes listeners ‘Back to Church’ with a musical cascade of fun, toe-tappers and warm, familiar classics. His talent on the Hammond B3 Organ is unparalleled. If you like Pentecostal music, you don’t want to miss this opportunity.
The series promises inspiring music and anointed preaching.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the church, 321 N. Second St. in Jacksboro.
